1. Misrepresentation, fraud and deception
You must share only true and updated information about yourself. Businesses rely on your honesty to make Campaign decisions. Your bank details must be accurate so we can safely transfer funds to your account. If it is discovered that your information is intentionally false or misleading as per our terms and conditions, then we may stop any suspicious payments and deactivate your account.If you’re unsure what details you have, check your profile now.
2. Fake engagement or traffic
Businesses rely on you to honestly reach and engage with real people. As such, they are looking for quality audiences, rather than quantity as results matter - that’s what you’re earning. Please do not use services to create ‘fake followers’ as this will impact your future ability to be selected, and if done so with the intention of misleading Campaign owners, we may deactivate your account.
3. Fake documents
We ask for limited documentation to comply with regulations and policies to keep fluencers safe. As such, we review fake documents seriously, and if we find any users impersonating others, we may report them to local authorities.
4. Unethical services
We do not offer any unethical services, and comply with the law. If you feel we should look into any Campaigns that do not meet ethical standards, please let us know info@fluencers.com
05. Spam
Respect the community, do not spam other users under any circumstances, whether on fluencers or other platforms. fluencers aims to be a safe platform and we can only resolve any issues if communications are limited to what was intended, like referring to campaign content. If we receive consistent or serious complaints about your account, we may deactivate your account
We’ve listed a few things you can do to keep your account safe:

Unbreakable Password! Create a Password of at least six characters which use letters, numbers and special characters, like # or %. It should not be the same as other account passwords you use

NEVER share your Password, not with anyone. If you forget your Password, please use the password reset function

Keep your registered smartphone and Email account secure. Anyone who has access could change your Password for all your accounts, not just fluencers.

Logout of your fluencers account if you share your phone or computer. Best to avoid using public computers to access fluencers

Do not publicly post your personal confidential details such as your Bank Account Number** and balance, CNIC card/passport number, mailing address and mobile/home numbers.
Immediately Report Impersonation account with all the relevant information including screenshots and links so we can investigate.
